Are there permaculture people looking for land to share? We have the land and would like to find a person/couple/family who would want to invest time, energy, money, for shared ownership. We have 5 acres in Mariposa, California

Hi my name is Jordan. I am from Arkansas and I need help finding people who can help me utilize my skills and deep motivation to make a sustainable living. I am not sure if this is the right forum to post this on but I just chose the forum with the most recent posts. I have experience building 100 tables, 60 chairs, 20 benches and 100 or more picture frames all out of reclaimed lumber from old houses and barns. I feel like I am in a desert with no one around that is interested in making a grassroots living. I have never met any “community gardening people” that are interested in homesteading and living debt free. I have been surrounded my whole life so far with people who either want to work a normal job and by people who think it’s a good business plan to get a huge loan and mortgage their house and who enjoy being in the consumer rat race. I have many means to help a group of people add sensible productivity to their community. I have a large van that I can live in very self contained. I have a brand new Stihl ms-880 chainsaw, 36” granberg Alaskan chainsaw mill, a professional hydraulic chain sharpener, a complete well drilling kit from drills well.com, 2 large “best nest boxes” for egg laying chickens, 70- 2 1/2 month old Rhodes island red hens, tent dragon cook stove with small oven from “silver fire” cook stoves, a “go-sun” sun oven, a 1000’ roll of “cal-earth” super adobe woven polyester that can be used for building a home or for making pizza ovens for customers, and enough lumber to build 2 solar wood kilns. I have all of these things and the only thing that I am asking for is a place to work and a group of like minded people to work with. I am interested in helping communities build solar wood kilns, green timber houses, barns, workshops, greenhouses, chicken coupes, worm farms, a micro greens business, egg laying business, super adobe/cob house building business, and  or a business that sells wooden raised garden beds out of bug and rot resistant wood such as cedar or cypress. Please feel free to email me at my email: seamslicer@aol.com, or contact me on my cell phone: 501-690-3748 if you want to talk some business. I am very motivated to help provide income for myself and for whatever community I am a part of.

Been there. Done that. Went back for more. But this time, I took this tiny ad with me:
