I've been eating aloe like crazy, wish I had acres to grow it and sell it, in the southwest. Anyone interested in investing or in general?

My aloe vera grows fantastic under a peach tree.  I planted one little plant there 5 years ago, and now it's spread all over.  It likes the shade of the tree in the summer, but gets lots of sun in the winter then the tree sheds it's leaves.

I'd be curious: if you were to attempt a commercial aloe vera plantation, would you be able to double-dip and plant those aloe vera plants under the canopy of an orchard of some sort?
