This lot is close to lakes and wildlife management areas, this location is great for some weekend trips for hiking, fishing, swimming, camping, kayaking or being lazy out in nature. It is also a good place to start a nice garden in this huge lot or a farm. Located next to the Hawthorne trail, you can easily commute back and forth to Gainsville. Travel East to the beaches and enjoy some fun in the sun or head South to Ocala, the horse capital of Florida. Let me know if you are interested in this lot so I can link you with the agent.

Hello! My roots are set where I am, but here are a couple of questions to start a conversation about your property.

How large is the lot? Are there any established fruit trees? Any perennial food plants, or herbs?

Hello. The lot is .80 Acres. No fruit trees and perennial food plants planted at the moment. However, this lot is a good place to start a permaculture homestead.
