Garbage Enzymes -- making a sort of vinegar from your garbage

Found this accidentally. I thought this is interesting. And before I embark on making my GE, maybe I can learn more from other members.

After a chart in the linked article suggesting various uses for the Garbage Enzymes vinegar-like liquid made from one's household garbage, I found the following caveat: "They work better in homoeopathic quantities."

This looks very similar to Korean Organic Gardening Inputs; JADAM
