I received comments from a few podcast listeners that they want to hear more about permaculture and less about the community struggles that come from .... people that are throwing their hate fest in my direction.

I think it is good to want that. And, I agree that the quality of the podcast would be higher with that.

At the same time, I think people would be shocked to learn just how much of this sort of icky there is. And it is the people that are within permaculture circles that are bringing most of the ick to the table. It is utterly stunning the amount of hostility there is in the name of love for permaculture. I think it is nice to pretend it isn't there. But since I am bombarded with it so much, I think it is only reasonable that a fair amount of it will end up in the podcasts.

I hope that we will grow to be more aware of the ick-in-the-name-of-love and help demonstrate a healthier path for others.
