Hi,

I have 4 acres of land for sale in San Diego CA with a teeny-tiny house on it made of steel and papercrete and a separate building pad/parking site on which to put another small home. The land is sloped, nestled into  a hillside. It has fantastic views, a permaculture style dryland orchard of fruit and nut trees, lots of wildlife and native plants. Not for that price. Im in the bay area id love the idea of staying local. But prices like that are why its impossible.
