To me looks like too much nitrogen, if so you will have aphids under those curls shortly. That will fix it as they bleed the sap - like old timey medicine.

Hi Ismail, welcome to Permies.

Do you know if anyone nearby has sprayed any herbicides recently? The leaf curl in the pictures looks to me like exposure to herbicide drift.
