Trying to find their website which I guess they dont' have.  Just trying to find a distributor here in Oklahoma.  Trying to avoid paying the high prices or shipping.  Any help would be much appreciated.  I am working on calling local stores to see if they carry it.

If you have a doitbest hardware somewhere nearby they ship to store for free:

I have no idea where in OK you are, but you can use the store locator to see if any ship to store stores exist near you.

It's a catalog item for ACE Hardware.  That's where I got mine, order it whenever and it's in by next tuesday.

My Ace HW can't get Ringer. I'll take a look-see if any DIBs can get it here in Central Indiana. I haven't seen Ringer here, so I've started using Scott's Organic stuff that seems similar in ingredients, texture and smell as what Paul described Ringer. I can't think of any reason not to use Scott's, except for their other other distasteful products.
