Hey folks, I've got two separate figs undergoing two separate treacherous conditions. Each has been propogated from cuttings in coco coir and then placed in pots once rooted. Anyone able to diagnose? Don't know if viral, bacterial, fungal, or just some other byproduct of 2020 being 2020.

Was it outside when it leafed out? It looks like sunburn. I’ve burned a few and they are set back a month or two but they eventually recover.

I'll second Chris's call on the sunburn. Could also be transplant stress, if they were moved from the rooting medium to their pots after breaking dormancy, or a combination of the two. Keep them out of direct midday and afternoon sun for a while and see how they do. That amount of damage doesn't look too worrisome.
