I'm looking to buy more land in Southern Colorado and now have a 51 acres place near Buffalo, Wyo. Looking to rent it for a few months. Has a very nice home and one RV hook up for electricity. I am currrently a Hipcamp host and looking to find the hearty soul who requires views and quiet. I can be reached at: 307-277-1235 or find me on Hipcamp/Mikel Carmon.

I'm permanently settled in Tennessee, for others, can you give us a bit more detail?

It sounds like you want to rent out your house with 51 acres while you are elsewhere. Will the tenant need to vacate when you come back to the property?

It all depends. I'm old school and communication is key. If anyone wants to discuss options and want more detail..please call me. Thank you for being interested in spaces.

I child proofed my house but they still get in. Distract them with this tiny ad:
