In this video I go through the basics of how to make medicinal herbal tea. I give you my formula for my "go to" tea for colds, especially with fever and stomach upset, and talk about how the same tea can be adjusted to help with irritable bowel and colitis. The second tea is a warming spice blend that helps with muscle and joint pain, and will even help keep you warm on cold, damp days.
