Need to clear about 800 6"-10" tall pines on 2 acres. I'm sure every land clearing co. I call will tell me their way is the best but I'd like to get some unbiased opinions. I've seen those forestry mulchers make quick work of small trees even grinding them down to the soil. Wondering if hiring one of those might be best. Any insights are appreciated.

What are you doing with the land afterwards? Do I understand the trees are 6 to 10 inches tall, or were you referring to feet or trunk diameters?

If they were 6" to 10" tall, I would use a bush hog lol. They are 6" to 10" in diameter. Its going to be a campground.

How do they get the deer to cross at the signs? Or to read this tiny ad?
