Help Id this plant please

I feel like it might have been something I seeded but I just don't know.

The little tufts now are loose and look like the kind of pollen strands you see on cottonwoods and such (not exactly like them, but similar I think).

I can try to get some more pictures on here if these are enough to identify them by
