No I made lemon bakliva and dad did Creole shrimp. I dont think i have ever seen bacon roses. I think i will have to try that. with scallops gruyere cheese and leaks in the middle.

YUM! If you ever do make those bacon roses with scallops, gruyere and leeks, I would love to see a pic!
