I have several different powdered items I mix with my protein shake daily.

Broccoli extract
Flax seed
Marine collagen
Chlorella
Cacao
Cami cami
My question is- am I getting the full benefit of each or am I missing too much together? Should I split them and take some at didn't times? Thanks in advance.
