Hey first post here!

I have an idea for a 3d design program that would use machine learning. It would need to be able to analyze topographical data,ph, water level etc. It would then need to be able to calculate average waterflow and how to harvest it. It would use permaculture and agroecology concepts in order to generate planting plans, topographical changes and SOM(soil organic matter) suplementation. It would be possible in this way to green all deserts, especially the Sinai and the Sahara. If you look at a satelite image you can see the flow of water quite clearly on both examples. The problem is there are no trees to provide shade so the water evaporates and flows from the point of contact(with the ground) fast because there are no obstacles.
The program would be able to generate planting plans for the vast majority of flat farmland that would utilize agroecological concepts and increase productivity, quality, soil health and benefit nature.
Thats basically the whole idea so I want someone to actually try making something like this because I dont have the skills.
