Hello

This is Liang Zhao. I have a 60-acre organic farm for sale.

This 60-acre land is in Turner, ten minutes from Salem and one hour from Portland. It has an 1800 sqft three-bedroom house and a 4000 sqft barn, it has been powered and connected to the fiber internet network.

The land has water rights priority to the 1950s. There are currently two wells, the smaller one for water supply to the house and the main one for irrigation (this well has been replaced with new equipment in 2018 and designed for 160 gallons per minute, the main water right is also derived from this well). There is also a small creek flowing through the land, dividing the land into two parts, though the creek has low water flow during the summer.

This land has obtained organic certification from Oregon Tilth since 2018.

At present, 3 acres of land has been laid out for vegetable gardens, irrigation water pipes have been laid underground, and many 30in by 100ft raised beds have been built. There are six 1400sqft greenhouses. The other part of the land is used for pasture.

The garage has been transformed into a wash station, and a large walk-in cooler has been installed inside.

All wires and electrical facilities were installed or renewed last year. The planting area has a separate power supply to supply electricity to the greenhouse. The barn has a separate power supply.

I believe that this land has great potential both in terms of natural conditions and geographical location.

Due to the needs of my family, I cannot continue this work. I hope to find someone with the same philosophy to take over.

Thanks

Liang Zhao

I’m not seeing an asking price... Did I miss it?

It looks like a beautiful farm with a lot of potential.
