I wanted to recommend the new PG episode about pawpaws.  Lots of great stories and info from both younger-sounding permaculture-types and old fruit explorers.  Three different takes, though, on whether you should use dumpstered meat to attract the pollinating flies, haha.

Good stuff, thanks! I recently planted 40 seeds. I'm going to try and grow pawpaws at lat 56, zone5. Technically they should be able to survive here, although I'm a bit worried about days being too long.
