Anyone have suggestions for lenders; mortgage brokers, alternative money, for an off-grid Natural Spaces Dome project.
The system is broken when a person with a good income and excellent credit can't get a loan, for well below their repayment capacity...all because their dream home design (all engineered and to code) includes solar and drilling a well and or water catchment.
Thanks in advance for any suggestions!

I would talk with my local banker where I keep my money. They will be able to see my history and know I am a good risk.
If that doesn't work, then I would talk with the people that are installing my solar or generator. They will only give a loan for that part of the construction.
Same with water catchment, roofing, etc.
It is bits and pieces but doable if you have some cash.
