Hello permies,

We're moving to the countryside, but the food forest here doesn't have to end.  8' mulberries, ready to fruit in year 3 maybe, black walnuts set for the future, and lots of soil building, plus a clandestine hugelbed.  15" by public transit to Harvard Square.  We paid $1800/mo rent and kept our utilities low.

(I've posted this before but our home purchase fell through, if this looks familiar, and the place here is better than ever, and we are 99% done closing on the new house).

Available for March 1 move-in date or anytime in March up to April 1.  The sooner you grab this the better, an opportunity like this is rare!  Like ***rare opportunity real estate posting with asterisks don't miss this opportunity*** rare!  Landlord is fairly supportive and was even open to the idea of installing a Liberator.  Purple Mooseage me for info.  Self-seeding daikon radishes to convey.

In community,

Joshua

Here's a map of most of the infrastructure of the yard:

I don't know if I did the badge bit right, but it will give you a good sense of the yard and this info will certainly be available to help you locate the trees and important areas in the landscape.

Hey I'm a Permie living in the Harvard Square area and need a 2 bedroom apt for myself, a kid and a small dog.

My first bit of advice is that if you are going to be a mime, you shouldn't talk. Even the tiny ad is nodding:
