Thought a fellow Permie in Oregon might be interested, as this is pretty unique, would love to see a Permaculture city here. With poverty on the rise this could potentially help a lot of people. Wish I had the skills and equipment to pull it off!

That sounded great until I clicked on it and it said no animals allowed. Permie systems need animals, we rely on nature working for us so we don't have to. On the other hand, limitations cause creativity, so maybe someone will have a genius idea for this piece of land. Wild perennials maintained by bees, worms, and birds?

No animals.. in my haste I missed that part, sorry!
how about a ginormous vermiculture pit?
