Hey friends,

Anyone have any insight on this topic? I am a beginning farmer in NY near the Canadian border, and some preliminary research around the legality of composting toilet systems in NY state (https://boldandadventurous.com/regulations/) seems pretty ambiguous/not cut and dry. I called the bureau of water supply who weren't super helpful, and suggested I talk to the local county office. So is it just up to the discretion of whoever sits in the county office? Cuz if it was, I imagine they'd just say no to keep things simpler on their end...thoughts?
