So here's another picture this one is for a friend of mine, he wants to know what type of plant this is and if he can feed it to his chickens.

Looks like Tree Tobacco (Nicotiana glauca)

I agree with neeld, it looks like wild tobacco, which is toxic and should not be fed to chickens.
