Concerning wildlife, elusive wildlife, and even mythological creatures or cryptids (hidden animals), there are a lot of people I know who have witnessed and believe in Bigfoot/Sasquatch--a large bipedal ape-man type creature/hominoid that people have seen most often on the edges (because as the permaculture principle states, 'everything happens at the edges!') of where civilization and the deep wilderness overlap.

My son and nephew had such an encounter and I wrote about it in my book. I cover a ton of other sightings and experiences people have had, including people I know. The book is an anthropological study on what people *believe* about this elusive being. Some call them Forest People, others Bigfoot or Sasquatch, Wildman, Swamp Apes, Stick Men, or a plethora of other names, including 'hoaxes'. What do people believe? I covered this quite complex topic in 586 pages! For those interested, it is titled:

Bigfoot Beyond Belief: A Study in Cultural Anthropology of What People Believe About Bigfoot/Sasquatch, by Sharon Eby (my maiden name)

I'm happy to answer any questions people may have too... and yes, I'm a cultural anthropologist.

They worship nothing. They say it's because nothing lasts forever. Like this tiny ad:
