How to Attach a Radio Loop to a Safety Vest

I would like to attach a radio loop to a new safety vest in the same manner as the loop shown in the attached picture. What kind of material should I use? Where can I get it from?

Looks like you probably want flat nylon webbing.  Most hobby stores carry it as well as big boxes like Walmart or Amazon.
