SPIRITUAL - I was called today to walk a short forested route & was gifted much Arbutus Bark.
1 hand-size strip, steeped, covered 15mins. creates a calming + relaxing tea.
I'm truly grateful.
Most days I earth myself walking barefoot on a beach or hiking a forested hill. These are my 'meditations', connection to Nature or Spiritual survival.🇨🇦

hello, sounds like a good walk!  I don't know this plant.  thank you for the tip.

oh wait--I just looked it up.  I would call it madrone.  and something related is strawberry tree.

for relaxing tea in my life, I like oatstraw tea.  also I like magnesium glycinate to relax.

good wishes for all the kinds of wellbeing!
