Does anyone out there grow their own grains? I am particularly interested in trying to grow my own spelt for flour and such, and I'm trying to get an idea of how other people do their processing. With spelt in particular, dehulling is something I need to figure out. Can ya'll show me/explain your home grain processing setups??
