Teak Trees, fertilization and companion growers

Im in Central America tropics and have about 4,000 teak trees that were planted about 10-12 years ago by the previous owner. I want to take care of them but not sure some of the step. I am told they were thinned in year five but not much after that. It is around 10 acres of teak and I want to use other things to help with soil nutrients and clearing brush. I have sheep currently and was thinking to run them through the foresty areas. I also put down gallinasa (chicken poop) once a month. What other animals and or companion planting could help grow the teak back to its normal growth? What would you do if you have some stunted teak trees to help them thrive again?
