Dear friends,
This year February 1st we are celebrating 10 years of our small family reunion. And all these years roaming from one rental housing to another, we have been dreaming about our own home. Within the last year we purchased a land plot and managed to build a house with upto 60% construction readiness. Please watch the video
and read our story here: https://ecominded.net/dream-home-in-progress . The problem is that we can't move to our house as it is not ready for living yet. At the very least we need to install 2 windows (upstairs) and complete the interior design of two bedrooms. This will allow us to move to our new home already and save some money on rent. By our calculations, to cover all the above expenses we need to raise $2500 US. If you are willing to support our family, here is the link:  https://ecominded.net/donation-page

When it happens to think about a dream home for a family, what comes to your mind first? A townhouse? A farmhouse? An off-grid homestead? What about a Kins domain, which is a piece of land, at least 1 hectare (2.5 acres) in size, with a house, a pond and a forest, where you live sustainable way in harmony with nature, grow all your food and pass it down to your kids? Beautiful and appealing picture, isn't it?
That's about how much we were inspired by this picture, that we decided to share our story and reasons - why we gave up a hectare in an open field in favor of a smaller land plot in a settled village. Please enjoy the article: https://ecominded.net/our-story-space-of-love and if you like the story please feel free to share it as much as possible.

Greetings, oh mighty friends of the cosmos!

In the month of April, we embarked upon a grand mission with the aid of hired builders. We braved the challenges of laying insulation on the ceiling, installing gypsum boards, electrical wiring, and heating pipes upstairs, and even screeding the floor. But alas, the cost of all this work and materials was far beyond our humble expectations, and we were forced to take out extra loans from the banks...

As we looked around at our unpainted ceiling, half-finished plaster walls, and unfinished flooring, we knew that we could no longer bear the burden of rent. Therefore, on the 10th of May, we bravely moved into our Dream Home. Behold the majestic changes that have taken place in our humble abode by watching this video:

But alas, these new bank loans have left us with a monthly payment of a whopping 70,000 rubles! We must also consider the cost of food and other necessary expenses, which brings our monthly income to a minimum of 100,000 rubles (or roughly 1266 USD or 1180 Euro). As you can see, we have not been earning significant funds for more than two years, and this combined with the cost of our dream home has brought us to the brink of survival.

And so, dear friends, we turn to you once again for aid. We humbly ask that you peruse our offerings on our site, https://ecominded.net, and place an order for any items that catch your fancy. With your help, we may yet continue our journey towards a brighter tomorrow. More information can be found here: https://ecominded.net/dream-home-in-progress

May the light of the universe shine upon you all!

Dear friends, this is Yuri Smirnov - founder of Ecominded.net and organizer of dolmen tours in Krasnodar region. I'm writing with a personal request during a challenging time for our family.

My wife Irina and I are so close to completing our family home and bringing my brother Alexey to safety from state care. After years of hosting travelers and sharing Russia's sacred sites, we now need help to cross our own finish line.

I'd be deeply grateful if you could read our story:

Even just sharing this message with someone who might be able to assist would mean the world to us.
