Uh-oh....not draining.

We do have clay on this lot, but mannnnn.... this will be my first early spring here. I planted these bulbs in the fall and I'm starting to think that wasn't a good spot. If it hasn't drained out in a couple hours, will the bulbs get soggy and rot?
