43m Bc, Canada looking for female:)

Hello, you can call me Chad or Unchad. I live in my forest in the central part of British Columbia in
Canada. Winter is for real here but my 160 acres are a paradise to me year round. I currently live here alone, but will be looking to invite like- minded people as soon as possible. There is a short list of infrastructure I want to build before I look for joiners. I do want to start looking more seriously for a life partner though. The chances of me finding love with a local is very slim, low population. I am 43 and I realize what I want is a long shot, but I am shooting for the stars here. Chihiro is a super sweet cat. She used to ride along with me often but now she is a full grown lady with pursuits of her own.
