The leaves of my strawberry plants are turning brown and drying up. The soil is damp but not soaked.  PH meter reads 7 and fertility range reads Ideal.

Welcome to permies!  Hopefully someone can chime in with an answer, I have two strawberry plants, and I've grown strawberries before, but I haven't had this problem.
