Cool!  And its in the part of the world I live in.  I like the idea of the matchmaking concept of connecting people who are already holing land with potential community members based on shaired values and interests, hopefully there will be some variety there and lots of communities can form with different goals, and potentially if something doesn't work out for someone they can shift to another location with a better compatability fit.
