I need to sell and I would sure love this place to go to someone who would continue what I've started. 2.5 acres with a nice 2/2/den '94 manufactured home. Private well and septic. Carport and nice large deck have been added. Small greenhouse, shop with 220, and storage building. On Mason County bus line. The title has not been "eliminated" on the home - home and land are titled separately so I pay real estate tax only on the land. The property slopes - great for someone who wants to do some keyline design!

Husband decided that he wanted to live in Florida and I have a weak/bad back and cannot handle it by myself. I'm looking at intentional community, smaller (level) property in western WA or Big Island, HI. Would certainly consider a trade.
