You may have noticed a new title of 'pollinator'.
They're members that the staff have noticed as being extra-something nice.
It might be pretty random:

It is easy for any of the staff to upgrade a user to a pollinator. It is often times connected to having completed a scavenger hunt.
It is also easy for any of the staff to take the title away.
So I suppose it is one of those things that can be a bit fickle. The title could come and go.
you say "tin pot dictator" like it is a bad thing!
