Art as Dynamic Edge of Personal Growth

Hi I wasn't here for a while as I was realizing that despite much of my enthusiasm and affinity for permaculture and natural living I need to admit that my results were fairly moderate, but I take pride even in growing few pumpkins and raising a little kitten into a ferocious rodent predator, thus I began experimenting with various art forms and skills and participating more in community life with my own flair to it.  I’m not anyone famous or celebrity or something, however I begin get a little local recognition even as I mostly keep to myself and notoriously avoid social media presence, as I’m having limited patience for bee buzzing in close proximity, but maybe I can share here a little bit over time.

Here is some photos from a natural park nearby me, Its very green, very natural, full of life, including mucho mucho mosquitos in the summer, its a good reminder of just how much nature do really want around you, and gives you appreciation for civilization too.

It is kind of how some of us are wired. I love the creative arts myself, with writing, photography and drawing. As Dr. Petersen says,, artists tend to live on the edge of chaos, and thrive there. We prefer to be by ourselves and make inroads, and from our endeavors, slowly some semblance of more conservatism stems from what we have seen that no one else has.

His example; artists moving into urban areas plagued by crime. Slowly, through their vision of seeing the place a better place, a coffee shop opens, then more stores and people, and soon institutions are loaning money and injecting the area again with productive life. And with that, the artistic people move again because they thrive on chaos and not the established city they kind of want to be apart from. But their vision has turned choas into order.

Artistic Permies do the same thing, just in a much more quiet, subtle way.

You are doing that in your own way, making differences where you can. You need not own a 100 sheep; a single kitten is good enough.

And that is applaudable.

nice quote, I feel little like that, I would say there is a lot of crime in my area,
more like depression or apathy, and infrastructure improved a lot in Poland in general over last 30 years or so,
its more like escaping too much order more likely, that can feel stiffing and bureaucratic, its safe, so what?
vitality is not exactly equivalent to safety, in a way my photography is like a conversation with my environment,
I try to listen that's all, I have chickens too and I'm expert kale grower, well its a work in progress...
