I'm trying to sell a piece of land on craigslist. Does anyone know of a free site I can post my land that would be geared to preppers or permies? I've met 2 preppers so far interested but too scared to take the plunge.

is there somewhere on www.thesurvivalpodcast.com that you can post it?

Here is one that costs $25 to $30 per month Joyce.

Have you tried posting on craigslist in larger cities nearby? Or even in other states?

Yes. I've tried larger cities & other states. I waited 3 months for 1 couple that really wanted it. They couldn't make it even after I lowered the price & made special arrangements for them. I think they got scared.

Hey Joyce I noticed you were trying to sell you land on crags list and were looking for another free service. You can currently sign up and Sell Property At Lot Network. Check out their add listing page https://lotnetwork.com/list-to-sell-property.aspx and register for free. They have a huge network of land all across the country, and tons of traffic everyday searching for it. I hope this helps.

I know a lot of people want to try and sell their properties without a real estate agent, but consider first that the fee they charge is worth the exposure they offer you. And you can use their services without locking your self into anything by using a Non-Exclusive Seller Listing Agreement. With this agreement, you are saying that, if they bring you a buyer, you will pay them the agreed upon fee. But if you manage to find a buyer on your own, you owe them nothing. And to make it all pan out equal, pick the price you want to sell your property for, increase it to cover the fee the agent is charging, and sign the agreement for that amount. That way, either way, you net the same amount, but are under no obligation if they fail to perform.

Brace yourself while corporate america tries to sell us its things. Some day they will chill and use tiny ads.
