Hi,

I was introduced to Paul's podcasts a couple months ago by a friend. I have been enjoying the podcasts for the info and perspective. I took a PDC in 2011 at OAEC in California and it is good to be reintroduced to permaculture through this site, podcasts and some of the really informative podcasts at the Permaculture Voices site.

I've been growing veggies for the past 5 years as a farmer, and this year my partner and I grew an acre of veggies in our first year of running our own business. So far its going really well. Still, money is tight and I am interested in developing a diversity of incomes, beyond my current summer of farming followed by 3 months of a desk job (low pay and not that interesting). Now that I am pretty much done work until April, I want to build a small semi portable sauna with a rocket stove for heat, and some other farm buildings.

Today I built the blog site www.diginandgrow.com and I am interested in building that up to make some money.

Cheers,

Ian
