It's been 90 seconds and I HATE the pop-up!

Not only is it annoying, but I'm already signed up for the freakin' email list! How do I make it go away? This will seriously curtail my time at the site if it comes up every time I open a new thread.

Wow! Talk about fast service, the pop-up is gone!

OK, maybe there's some kind of rule that makes it disappear after X times, but my suggestion is to say that on the pop-up.

The pop over had some problems and is waiting for repair.

For people that are logged in, the pop over should appear once every 100 pages. Eventually, we hope to have a checkbox to make make it never appear.

For people that are not logged in, the pop over should appear once every 10 pages.

If the popover turns out to perform poorly, then it will probably be retired.
