Michael Phillips is the author of "The Apple Grower" and " The Holistic Orchard", two books I highly recommend for aspiring organic fruit growers. Michael has been growing fruit in New England for a long time using a holistic method. In the following video, he presents an "Introduction to Holistic Orcharding".
