I looked more thoroughly this time and could not find a summary of this book.  I've linked to the two threads that speak of it under 'related threads' and left it a 'wiki' for others to add videos or other links.  It's fairly straight forward when you open to edit the summary to see where to paste things.

Maybe the three threads could be merged somehow?
