I think a podcast introducing a few homesteads looking for help and a few people looking to intern to discuss what opportunities are out there and how to find a 'good fit' for both parties - part matchmaking, part just good discussion on what people are looking for out there.

I like the idea of modeling it after the 70's era Dating Game so we can say "making wooppie" to refer to animal breeding techniques.

I volunteer to be one of the homestead looking for help. The effort of the finding the 'right' person and the risk of getting the wrong person has made me delay my job posting for months.

Thoughts, anyone? If several people volunteer to participate, maybe Paul will agree to do it. Thanks.
