I am planning on taking some soil samples to be tested this week.  The extension office says the turnaround time is 4-5 weeks, though.  If I go ahead and throw down some Ringer fertilizer right now, will I be able to lime when I get my soil test results back if it needs it?  I'm pretty sure my lawn needs lime b/c I haven't limed in a while.  What is the typical schedule for Ringer and lime if its needed?

I think the best time to throw down fertilizer is a few day before the first mow.
