What's in season?

In the Southern hemisphere, winter's closing in.
We haven't got properly cold yet and I'm nervously watching my basil...
In my climate, the best dandelion greens are after the autumn rains;
The sturmer apples still need a while on the tree, then months of storage.
An awesome apple
The leaves and roots are enjoying the wet.
My wood mulch is a phantasmagoria of fungi!
Maybe one day I'll grow edible mushrooms.
I'm always so pleased to see umbrella cities appear that I really don't care if I can eat them.
