Ideal person(s) must be rainbow (lgbt- safe place for trans!) 2A friendly, pagan/witches (preferred) and be willing to be a part of tiny community. Must have rv to begin with until tiny home can be built/bought. Willing to meet/interview in Portland/Salem/Albany areas. Have you thought of rainfall collection instead of a well system?
It may be more economical and easier to set up and use with minimal power needs.

We have, but we have several aquifers on property.  Shallow depth. So made more sense than rain collection system.
