Howdy, all. REcently discovered this community and super keen to learn - hoping also this is the right place for posting Qs of this nature...
Are the solar food dehydrators https://solar-food-dehydrator.com/#purchase effective in wet tropical climates (like the south Pacific coast of Costa Rica? I'm most drawn to the Wheaton ATC1 model owing to its larger solar collector, but a bit concerned that it seems to not have the "overhang for weather protection" that the MIssoula model does... any tips/advice is warmly welcome. Thanks.
