Looking for partners to make off grid community (AL, GA,TN)

Hello my family and I are looking for people of good character to build an offgrid community with within the alabama,  georgia, and Tennessee areas.  We currently have 10 acres, but are potentially willing to move for the right fit
.  Would love to start meeting people and building relationships.

I’d be curious to hear more about yall and what values and vision yall hold. We’re in northeast alabama and some values/interests we have are: natural building, permaculture, legal/lawful, natural medicine, home birthing/homeschooling, amongst others.
