Good day. I just joined this forum after trying to find the benefits of the plants I attached. I live in Jamaica, West Indies. Here we call these Bush Cabbage which is very rich in iron. It is however grown by the older farmers in the country area.

Yes it comes on a stalk but the stalk is not always long. It depends on which variety it is.
