How about some
creasy greens? They aren't a supermarket vegetable, so you can sew up the niche market by providing something novel. The nice thing is, in your climate, you
should be able to keep harvesting it all through the winter until it bolts next May or so. If you would like some seed, I have lots to give away. Just send me a PM with your address.
They are kind of like turnip greens or collards. You can stew them up like you do those other two and I think they taste better; not as bland as collards and not as bitter as turnip greens. They also have a radish like bite when raw and a little bit is nice in salads.
