Seeking land rental

Hey everyone!

I’m Meredith and I’m seeking a small amount of land to rent (1/4 to 1 acre) with a natural water source (well or spring) where my son and I can live and have a garden and keep a small number of homesteading animals (chickens, 2 rescue turkeys, 2 goats, 1 dog, and 2 cats). We are currently in SC, but I feel it is time to experience someplace new. I have enclosures for the animals and have been relying on raised bed  gardening at our current location.

If there was an old hunting cabin (or something of the sort needing some tlc but mostly clean and structurally sound) available for an affordable rate, that would also be a blessing. Alternatively, I am and will be working to save for either a camper or an rv. We are currently living in a toxic mold environment and Ive been very sick - so most of what we own (including our current camper) won’t be moving with us.

East coast is most preferable but I’m not adamant about it.

(admittedly not East Coast) permaculture community.
